By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
Soaperstars provides laundry and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery services. We strive to offer high-quality cleaning and convenient service. However, we are not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or is otherwise altered or damaged by the normal cleaning process. We are not responsible for lost articles unless proven we were responsible for the loss.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our website. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will use reasonable efforts to pick-up and deliver items at the scheduled times, but we do not guarantee pick-up and delivery times. We are not liable for any delays. You must ensure that your items are available for pick-up at the scheduled time and location. If we are unable to pick up your items, a missed service fee may apply.
While we exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly to suede, leather, silk, satin, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, and sequins.
In the event of lost items, our liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that item, regardless of brand or condition, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to include any of the following items in your laundry or dry cleaning orders: (i) non-washable items, (ii) items that are contaminated with hazardous materials, (iii) items of exceptional value (monetary or sentimental) unless specifically declared and agreed upon in writing.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Soaperstars, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
