No, but when scheduling for service, please provide clear instructions indicating where we can find your laundry and drop it off. Please ensure that you have a secure space, not visible from the street, where you can leave your laundry. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, you can leave your laundry with the front desk attendant if you have one. If your building requires a code to enter, please inform us at the time of placing the order.
We are sorry, but we can not pick up your laundry detergent to use. We do carry a large variety of detergents and fabric softeners which you can choose from when setting your preferences and/or order
For Wash & Fold service, you can get your laundry back as soon as the next day. For Dry Cleaning service, you can get your laundry back in three days.
No, all you need to do is put your dirty laundry in bags and we’ll take care of the rest. We will check the pockets for foreign items (pens, lighters, gum, etc.) and we will separate white clothes, light clothes, and dark clothes into different machines. If you have special instructions for certain items, make sure to let us know when placing your order.
Of course! During the account setup process you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each and every order. In addition, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order.
